Virtual tour

Walk into the datacenter without leaving your chair

Seven stops, from the street door to the rack where your service runs, in the same order you would walk the facility if you came to see it. And you can: visits are arranged by ticket.

01 · Arrival

The building, from the street

The datacenter occupies its own building in Chacarita, with parking and vehicle access right up to the door. If you take colocation, you can arrive with your equipment without carrying it half a block. Visits are arranged in advance by ticket.

02 · Reception

Reception and access control

The entrance is staffed at all times. Nobody enters the technical areas without prior registration and an escort: physical access control is part of what TIER‑II certification requires, not a formality.

03 · Circulation

Main corridor

The corridors connect the technical offices with the data rooms. Keeping the administrative area apart from the critical zones avoids unnecessary traffic near the equipment, one of the most common causes of avoidable incidents.

04 · Monitoring

Monitoring room, 24/7

This is where the platform is watched in real time: status dashboards on screen, network metrics and alerts. The same team that answers your tickets works in this room, in the same building as the servers. What you see on the status page comes from this monitoring.

05 · Data rooms

Private rooms, row by row

The rooms are laid out in rows of cabinets inside private cages, labelled A through F, with a raised floor and ducted climate control. Each cage has its own access control: a colocation customer gets into theirs and no one else’s.

06 · Racks

Where your service runs

The virtualisation nodes: Dell PowerEdge servers with RAID storage, redundant power supplies wired to independent circuits and cabling labelled port by port. This hardware runs the VPS, the cloud servers and the hosting plans.

07 · At the rack

Hands on the hardware

When a job calls for it, the engineer works directly at the rack: laptop on the shelf, connected to the row switch and with physical access to the server. No intermediaries, no tickets to an outside provider and no waiting for someone else’s maintenance window.
